About Us

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, early-stage startup as one of our first non-founder engineers. You will have a significant impact on the product and company culture, working on a single, core project that is central to our vision. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about building production-grade, enterprise-level software with a focus on exceptional user experiences and are eager to take ownership of their work.

About Us

Ariso is unlocking the world's first AI Superteam—bridging the gap between potential and performance by empowering every employee with personalized, contextual intelligence. Our AI collaborators connect people to their teams and mission, turning scattered data into coordinated action. We're a high-trust, radically transparent startup, combining expertise in AI, product, and organizational psychology to build agentic AI that helps organizations and individuals thrive together.

What You'll Do

  • Own the frontend architecture and implementation of complex, interactive workflows that allow users to seamlessly interact with AI agents.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and polished UIs that handle real-time updates, complex state management, and dynamic agent interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate AI capabilities into delightful user experiences.
  • Drive frontend best practices, component design systems, and code quality standards as we scale the engineering team.

  • Takes ownership and intuitively understands user perspectives, use cases, and desired outcomes.
  • Willing to be flexible with work hours, demonstrating commitment and thinking about the product's success consistently.
  • Possesses a "what good looks like" mentality, derived from prior experience in shipping polished, production-ready UIs.
  • Curious, multidisciplinary thinker—comfortable wearing product, UX, and technical "hats" to iterate and ship delightful user experiences.
  • Experience (or appetite) for shipping v1s in startup chaos, turning ambiguous requirements into polished interfaces that solve real user problems.
  • Strong sense of ownership—thinks from the user's perspective and cares deeply about UI/UX details.
  • Eye for design and attention to detail—able to work closely with designers or autonomously to create visually appealing interfaces.
